The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files or access are handed over. For longer projects, we structure milestone-based payments. We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, and Cash payments in Indian Rupees (INR).

Yes. All projects include a standard 30-day post-launch support period at no additional cost. During this period we fix any bugs, make minor adjustments, and ensure everything is functioning correctly. Beyond 30 days, ongoing support is available through our monthly maintenance plans.

Yes. Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra charge. If you request significant scope changes after the project has begun — such as adding new features or pages not in the original agreement — these are treated as change requests and quoted separately. We always get written confirmation before proceeding with any additional work.
