Mugin Technologies offers the following services, subject to individual project agreements:

  • Website Design and Development (Business, Corporate, E-Commerce)
  • Custom Software Development
  • CRM and ERP Solutions
  • WhatsApp Automation and CRM Tools
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Services
  • Google Ads and Social Media Marketing
  • Business Process Automation
  • Website Maintenance and Support

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate Project Agreement or Proposal provided to each client.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. However, Mugin Technologies retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, or tools incorporated into a project remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Project Agreements and Payment Terms

  • All projects require a signed agreement or written confirmation before commencement
  • A minimum advance payment (as specified in the project proposal) is required before work begins
  • Payment must be made via the agreed method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash)
  • Final deliverables will be handed over only after full and complete payment is received
  • Any scope changes after project commencement may incur additional charges and timeline revisions
  • Delayed payments beyond the agreed due date may result in work being paused

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on client response times, content submission delays, revision cycles, or unforeseen technical requirements. Mugin Technologies is not liable for delays caused by the client failing to provide required inputs on time.

7. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • If Mugin Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons, a fair refund will be processed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind cancellations after project initiation

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, data, and communications as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mugin Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities due to technical failures or third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways)
  • Website downtime or security breaches caused by third-party hosting or infrastructure

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways). We are not responsible for changes in pricing, availability, or policies of third-party services that may affect your project or ongoing services.

11. Website Maintenance and Hosting

If you subscribe to our website maintenance or hosting plans, services are provided on a monthly or annual basis. Continuation of service is subject to timely payment of renewal fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

12. Modifications to Terms

Mugin Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
